Why Auxin Healthcare Exists
Auxin Healthcare was founded with a simple belief: people deserve care that fits their life, not a rigid timetable. We saw families struggling to find support that felt personal, consistent and respectful, particularly for younger adults and people with disabilities, mental health needs or complex needs.
So we built a service around people. From our base in Spalding, we support individuals at home and in the community, working closely with families and professionals to help each person live the life they choose.

Who We Support
We support adults of all ages, including older people wanting to stay at home, adults with learning or physical disabilities, autistic adults, people living with mental health needs and young adults moving into adult services. Support can take place in your own home, your family home or a supported living setting.

We start with a free conversation about needs, routines and goals.

A member of our team completes a detailed assessment, including risks and preferences.

Together we write a personalised care plan in plain English.
Match
We introduce carers who suit the person and their routine.
Review
We review the plan regularly and whenever needs change.
Families, advocates and professionals are involved at every stage, always with the person's consent.
For Families
We keep you informed, listen to your concerns and welcome your knowledge of the person you love.
For Professionals
We work alongside social workers, discharge teams, care coordinators and commissioners to put safe support in place quickly.
