Quality, Safeguarding and Complaints

We take the safety and wellbeing of the people we support seriously. We welcome feedback, act on every concern and learn from what people tell us.

Registered With the Care Quality Commission

Auxin Healthcare is registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) to provide personal care. The CQC is the independent regulator of health and social care in England. You can view our profile on the CQC website.

Safeguarding

Everyone has the right to live free from harm, abuse and neglect. Our staff are trained to recognise and report safeguarding concerns, and we work closely with Lincolnshire Safeguarding Adults Board and local authorities.

If you are worried that an adult is at risk of abuse or neglect, contact Lincolnshire County Council adult safeguarding, or call 999 if someone is in immediate danger.

How to Raise a Concern or Make a Complaint

If something is not right, please tell us. You can speak to your carer, call the office on 07482 130099 or email info@auxinhealthcare.co.uk. We will listen, look into it and let you know what we will do.

We aim to acknowledge complaints promptly and resolve them fairly. Our full complaints procedure is available on request. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Local Government and Social Care Ombudsman.

Share Your Feedback

Compliments, concerns and suggestions all help us improve. Use the form to share your feedback with our team, or read reviews on our Homecare.co.uk profile.
