What Our Mental Health Support Looks Like

Living with a mental health condition can make everyday life feel harder, from keeping on top of bills to getting out of the house. Our support workers help with the practical side of recovery, so you can focus on feeling well and living the life you want.

We provide planned, non clinical support alongside the professionals already involved in your care, such as your GP or community mental health team. Support can take place in your own home, a supported living setting or out in the community.

Who We Support

Adults living with mental health needs

Who want more stability and independence.

People leaving hospital

Or moving on from a mental health service.

Adults in supported living

Or their own tenancy who need regular support.

Young adults

Moving from children's to adult mental health services.

  • Shopping, cooking and keeping your home in order
  • Rebuilding confidence to go out and use local services
  • Finding activities, volunteering, education or work
  • Staying connected with family and friends
  • Working with your care coordinator and wider team
