Supported Living in Lincolnshire
Supported Living: Your Home, Your Life, Your Way
Live in your own home with the right support around you. We help adults build skills, confidence and independence, while you stay in control of your everyday life.
Your own tenancy
Care and support arranged around you
What Is Supported Living?
Supported living means you have your own home, usually with your own tenancy, and your care and support are arranged separately around your needs. You might live on your own or share a house with a small number of people, each with your own bedroom and shared living spaces.
You have the same rights as any other tenant, and you decide how you spend your day. Our role is to provide the support that helps you live safely and independently.
Who Does What?
Your landlord or housing provider
- Owns and manages the property
- Holds your tenancy agreement
- Handles repairs and maintenance
- Collects rent and service charges
Auxin Healthcare
- Provides your care and support
- Creates your personal support plan
- Supports daily living, skills and wellbeing
- Supports you to manage your tenancy and bills
Keeping housing and support separate means you can change your support provider without losing your home.
